Writing Series - Drop-in Hours

Designed for graduate students in a writing phase at any level! These open hours provide a quiet, flexible space to focus on your work without the need for registration. Whether you need a dedicated time to write, a distraction-free environment, or simply a change of scenery, drop in as needed and make progress on your writing in a supportive community.

Relax Hacks Workshop

Relax Hacks is a workshop based on the Community Resiliency Model and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, teaching skills to stabilize the nervous system and understand responses to stress. Helpful for students seeking coping skills. This group is led by Julie Kaplan, PhD, Embedded Counselor for the DC Metro Area. It is an open workshop with three sessions, all on Tuesdays from 3-4pm, at the Innovation Campus Academic Building One. To join, email Juile Kaplan.
