Writing Series - Drop-in Hours
1:00-5:00pm, GLC Room D, Blacksburg Campus
Designed for graduate students in a writing phase at any level! These open hours provide a quiet, flexible space to focus on your work without the need for registration. Whether you need a dedicated time to write, a distraction-free environment, or simply a change of scenery, drop in as needed and make progress on your writing in a supportive community.
Strategies to Avoid Burnout

Offered by Hokie Wellness, this session will examine strategies you can engage with to recognize psychological and physical symptoms of stress. We will also practice identifying actions we can take to alleviate these stressors before escalating into burnout. Students will leave with an individualized self-care plan.
