Readmission

The flowchart depicts the readmission process for students who have not been enrolled for more than one calendar year. The first pathway is for students who intend to enroll in more than one semester until they graduate. As conditions for their readmission, they must have a GPA of 3.0 or better overall and on their plan of study courses; any GPA or grade issues must be resolved before degree conferral; and their plan of study must be reviewed by their department. The plan of study may be acceptable as is, or updates might need to be requested through the completion of applicable forms to change committee members, drop or add courses, or justification of old coursework. If conditions are satisfied, students may apply for readmission through the Graduate School application management program. If readmitted, students may enroll in 3-18 credit hours in their remaining semesters until graduation. The second pathway is for students who wish to be readmitted for a final semester. If readmitted, students must enroll in a minimum of three credit hours and complete all courses on their plan of study by the end of the semester with a C- grade or better.
