Fulbright International Scholarship

The Fulbright provides all expenses (transportation to and from, room and board, academic costs, and a stipend) for one year of study/research in a foreign country. Students must be U.S. citizens at the time of application and must hold a bachelor's degree before the beginning of the grant. If you are interested in applying, please contact Christina McIntyre, VT Fulbright Program Advisor, cmcintyre@vt.edu. Developing the application takes time and it is recommended to start the application as soon as possible.

The campus deadline is September 23, 2010 The national deadline is October 18, 2010 Applying for a Fulbright Scholarship this fall would provide travel/research support for August 2011 to August 2012.
