Transformative Graduate Education
Transformative Graduate Education (TGE) is a university-wide initiative
consisting of three inter-connected programs: Graduate
Scholars Society, Preparing
the Future Professoriate/Professional (PFP), the Graduate
Education Development Institute (GEDI), and the Citizen
Scholar Program (CSE). These programs offer graduate students opportunities
to prepare to become engaged contributors in modern universities and
contributing professionals in their communities.
GTA Training Workshop
This two-phase workshop offers a great learning opportunity to new Graduate Teaching Assistants (GTAs) to build up their pedagogical knowledge, teaching- and classroom-management skills, and network with experienced faculty and graduate students. Offered each year in the fall.
Cooperative Education Program (Co-op)
Often referred to as internship, co-op provides opportunities for students to obtain professional employment experience as part of their academic programs.

Career Services provides assistance through all stages of career exploration and preparation.
Professional Development Seminars and Workshops
